Lightweight, non-toxic and containing fewer chemicals than other concretes, it’s ideal for void filling, sinkholes and structural stabilising. It is also used extensively for backfilling pipeline trenches in roads as it removes the need for compacting, but can easily be removed at a later stage if required.

Another benefit of foam concrete is that it’s a self-levelling, low density, lightweight product, which reduces labour requirements and costs. Combine this with its versatility and you have a very effective material. Foam concrete also has an air content of up to 80% which means it has wonderful insulation, soundproofing and fire-resistance properties.
